I finally installed full releases of Windows Vista on my laptops. Yup Laptops! I purchased a new Dell Inspiron 9400 just to try out buy-online computers.
So, I installed Windows Vista Business on one laptop and Windows Vista Home Premium came installed on the Dell.

This weekend was spent changing the theme at Sirthinks’ Place. A fresh feel so to speak. The theme took 5 seconds to install. It took another 12 or 13 hours to edit the code to get all the plugins working the way they are supposed to. Getting the under-used guestbook to work with this theme was a bit of a nightmare, but it is working properly.
But, But, But…. That isn’t what I am writing about.

Believe me, for someone who loves this personal blogging as much as I do, it is painful to be stuck in a rut. When I first started blogging I was in the middle of a love affair with the simplest of blogging platforms, MSN Spaces. A good friend and co-worker put me onto this blogging thing. Hell, she even had to provide me with the definition of the word BLOG. From there I couldn’t turn back.
At first I had a ton of funny happenings going on. I could blog about work every day and wind up with laughs. Half my entries even made me laugh. there were also the techi entries regarding all things MSN. Those garnered 100′s and even 1000′s of hits a day. In the first year of my blogging adventure my site attained over 60,000 hits.
Any number of hits came from other Spacers putting links to my Space on their sites. Some have even changed the links to this blog though OTHERS have left my old address as the link.
Now that the Oilers have crashed for this year, I am trucking which in and of itself isn’t a terribly funny job and I don’t get out very often, the blogging material seems to be thinning.
I have some topics in mind, but I don’t know what to choose. So I am leaving the choice up to the readers. In order for this to work more than two people need to vote, so HELP ME OUT! Send people this way to vote and then to return to read the entries THEY have chosen!!
